Her Sacred Policies & Rules

Booking and Reservations:

  • Clients must book appointments in advance through our online booking system or by calling the spa directly.

  • We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

 

Privacy and Comfort:

  •  We prioritize client comfort and privacy during all services.

 

Health and Safety:

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the treatment.

  • Pregnant clients should NOT schedule a yoni steaming session.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client's health or safety is at risk.

 

Hygiene and Sanitation:

  • Our spa adheres to strict cleanliness standards. All equipment and linens are sanitized between clients.

  • Clients are encouraged to shower before their appointment to ensure cleanliness.

 

Attire:

  • Clients are provided with comfortable spa attire during their yoni steaming session.

  • Modesty is respected throughout the treatment.

 

Late Arrivals:
   - Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
   - Clients who arrive excessively late may need to reschedule.

 

Payment and Gratuity:

  • Payment is due in full at booking.

  • Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Tips can be given directly to the practitioner or added to the bill.

 

Children and Minors:

  • For safety and relaxation purposes, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service.

 

Feedback and Concerns:

  • We value client feedback. Please communicate any concerns or discomfort during your session to your practitioner.

  • We will address any issues promptly and professionally.

 

Code of Conduct:

  • Inappropriate behavior, including sexual harassment or misconduct, will not be tolerated.

  • Clients engaging in such behavior will be asked to leave, and legal action may be pursued if necessary.

 

Accessibility:

  • We strive to make our spa accessible to all clients. Please inform us of any specific accessibility needs in advance. Please note you must climb stairs to enter spa.

 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or products.

  • They have an expiration date, so be sure to use them within the specified timeframe.

 

Changes to Policies:

  • Her Sacred Place Yoni Steaming Spa reserves the right to update or modify these policies as needed.
